cFolder- Export Document linked to Material

Hi,

We are having following scenario.

Material- M1 is linked to document -D1. This material M1 is entered as line item in Bill of Material- BOM1.

I have run the transaction cfe02. I have copied the BOM1 and checked the "Include Linked Document".

Then selected the folder to export the same.

BOM1 is exported and also the Material M1. But Document D1 is not exported.

What would be the reason for this?

Hi Yogesh,

Linked Documents include only Documents object linked to BOM..

Hi,

in contrast to what Aby stated, documents linked to a material are also exported in CFE02. Maybe you do not have a status on the document that is to be exported that allows for export, or you do not yet have an original file attached to the DIR.

Please check this.

Hi,

Sorry for giving an incorrect reply.. Yes the Documents would also get uploaded.. The Document linked to BOM is seen when u select the BOM under "Linked Documents".

The Document linked to Material is seen within the Folder and not inside BOM. Hope this comes like this
