single sign-on does not work

gents,

I logon to InfoView with SAP credentials.

I navigate to CR report.

I change parameters and start report.

I am asked again to fill in SAP username / pw ....

We report from SAP R/3 directly.

Why do I have to fill in SAP credentials twice?

How can I solve this?

Hi,

did you check the object settings for the report in the Management Console of your BusinessObjects Enterprise system in regards to the authentication settings ?
