Mark contract as important

Hello

Since one of our customers considers CRM implementation, I am looking for one particular functionality. Maybe somebody can advise.

SAP CRM offers contract management and the basic functionality behind it is clear, however customer wants to mark some contracts as 'important'. This is legal requirement that contracts above 10% of capital have to be reported and marked.

Question is: has anybody experience with this? Is there any easy way to implement this functionality ? I know that everything can be done with custom development, but I want to be sure if this is not in standard.

Hi Rafal,

There is not a standard functionality around marking contract as important. But you can implement this via Status Management by adding a new user status as an Important and this can be set as per your business requirement.
