What is the impact of changing password policy ?

Hi,

I would like to change the criteria of the password in the ecc system. for example the password must have numeric, special charater etc.

is that will be impacted to the current user ? is the current user that didn't match with this policy has to change password once login into the system ?

Please advise ?

Password policy changes will apply only after their current password expires

if you update the profile parameters with new password policy, remember that you need restar the system, after do this, the new policy take effect

when the user try login, the policy are verified
