F.14 Posting Document

Dear All,

I have one document to Post with F.14 containing below details

First RUn : 30.04.2009

Next Run : 30.01.2010

Last Run : 31.03.2010

Now , I cannot execute F.14 for this document as Next Run Date is 30.01.2010 and

my Month is close for Jan, 2010 and also for Feb,2010

Only March, 2010 and New F.Y 2010-11 is open

If i open Jan,2010 , can execute it but all MIS report is completed upto Feb,2010 so it is not possible to open Jan,2010 month

Is it Possible to Post this Document in March,2010 ,

Is thre any other Solution for Posting this recurring Document.

Swati,

The problems you mention likely to be caused if you carry out posting to an earlier period are grave, though common, and must always be avoided.

I presume you are aware that F.14 does not make any database changes - it merely makes a Batch Input session, that you can execute by using transaction SM35. A simple workaround to your problem would be, make the BI session, and execute it in foreground mode, and change the posting date to what is allowed by and acceptable to Business / system.
