Can I make the batch field mandatory while creating the manual lot in transaction code QA01.

Hi,
Go to SPRO --> Quality Management -->Environment --> tools -->System Modification --> Adapt Field Selection.
In that enter the module pool name as : SAPLQPL1
.
And there make the field as mandatory.
