How to reset Stock?

Hai Experts,

We have started implementing SAP B1 since last 10 months. At the initial stage, our users were not well aware of Goods Issue and Receive. So, the items received via GRPO, still found pending in my stock. I would like to reset the items which are not found in the physical warehouse. How can I do that in simple steps, as my OITM has more than 75,000 Items. Please help me.

Hi Anand,

A simple way would be by Stock Tracking. You may DTW the actual item qty through oStockTaking. Then go through Inventory -> Inventory Transactions -> Initial Quantities, Inventory Tracking & Stock Posting. Choose the Stock Posting Tab to post them by Reconcile click.
