Excel file down loaded from report S_ALR_87013558

Dear All,

When I executed report S_ALR_87013558 & downloaded into the Excel file. When I see that excel file it shows only those data which you can see in the screen. Like it shows only Total of years details.

It doesnu2019t show right side details like Previous years, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & following, Overall values in that Excel file.

But my user wanted to see all the details into the excel file like Total of years, Previous years, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & following, Overall values,

I have tried a lot but all above details are not appearing in Excel file which downloaded from that report.

Kindly give me your input weather it is possible to see all the details in downloaded excel file or not.

Is there any other way?

Hi Sandeep,

There's one way. In the report, select menu option, Report-->HTML Export. In the HTML file generated, chose the option, Edit With Microsoft Excel and chose the appropriate table to be exported to excel.

It worked for me. But this may not be the efficient solution to your problem.

this is true when you are in graphical output mode

change to classical output mode and you can export to excel directly
