Hi,

Delete from sapsr3.usr02 where bname = 'SAP*' and mandt = '000';

but i recived 0 row deleted.

Have you tried to login as user SAP* with password "PASS" in 000 client ?

SAP* user is hard-coded into SAP Kernel. If usr02 table is not having an entry for SAP* user with <client> (such as 000, 100 ,etc..etc.) entry , then one can login into <client> with PASS password.

Hi,

I am assuming the SAP* Id has already been deleted.....

Do what Bhavik suggested set profile parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar to 0 in RZ10 and restart

your system

Hi,

If you are unable to login to SAP and has already deleted the entry from SAPSR3.US02, you can edit the instance profile manually at OS Level.

Add the below parameter:

login/no_automatic_user_sapstar = 0

in
For UNIX:
/sapmnt/<SID>/profile/<SID>_DVEBMGS<NO>_<HOSTNAME>

For Windows:
<drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\sys\profile\<SID>_DVEBMGS<NO>_<HOSTNAME>

then restart the SAP and try to login as user SAP* and password "PASS".

Hi,

login/no_automatic_user_sapstar profile parameter is maintained with 0 value ?

As of Release 7.0 (NetWeaver 7.0/2004s), The default value of the login/no_automatic_user_sapstar profile parameter has been changed from (previously) 0 to (now) 1.

So, to activate the emergency user, you must set the login/no_automatic_user_sapstar profile parameter to the value 0. You can login with sap* user only after such profile parameter activation.

After login with sap* user, you can unlock the DDIC user and also can change the password of DDIC user in login client.

As per this SAP Note 8852,

If no other password has been defined, user SAP* has password PASS

.
