DB02 Tablespace Autoextend NO

Hi,

When I ran DB02 -> Space -> Tablespaces -> Overview, I see tablespace 'PSAPSR3701X' have Autoextend = 'NO'.

How I change Autoextend = 'YES' for that tablespace?

Note I already altered data files to AuExt. = 'YES' as below.

List of database data files

Pos. Tablespace Status Type File

Id. Size[KB] Device Back. AuExt. MaxSize[KB] IncrSize[KB]

1 - PSAPSR3701X ONLINE FILE /oracle/DEV/sapdata4/sr3701x_1/sr3701x.data1

35 22528000 16777219 NO YES 30720000 20480

2 - PSAPSR3701X ONLINE FILE /oracle/DEV/sapdata4/sr3701x_2/sr3701x.data2

36 20480000 16777219 NO YES 30720000 20480

3 - PSAPSR3701X ONLINE FILE /oracle/DEV/sapdata4/sr3701x_3/sr3701x.data3

37 20480000 16777219 NO YES 30720000 20480

4 - PSAPSR3701X ONLINE FILE /oracle/DEV/sapdata4/sr3701x_4/sr3701x.data4

38 6902784 16777219 NO YES 10240000 20480

Please advice.

Best regards,

Autoextend is only for the datafiles of the tablespace.

In your case, go to DBACOCKPIT and select SPACE and then double click on "space overview".

Now if you select the refresh button or shift+F2 that will start the "REFRESH SPACE STATISTIC:DEFAULT" job, which refreshes your DB02 or DBACOCKPIT view.

HI,

You dont need to change this manually, it will automatically fetch the data from database.

Periodic job will run for refreshing the data, So after next run you can see the changes.

But make sure you have done required changes in DB.
