Doubt about generation Payroll.

Hi SAP Experts,

I have a doubt, does anybody knows how can I run payroll transaction without run PT60 transaction before?, Is there a possibility that I run payroll transaction and inhibit the Time Transaction?

Well, the only way thta I found to inhibit the PT60 is when I have the option "Without time evaluation" on IT 0007, but I remember that a person made a configuration for inhibition of that process and go directly to run payroll.

Hi,

It depends on your country solution. Some countries require generation of personnel calendar or time evaluation some not.

Just run payroll and see. Normally if your country requires time processing prior to payroll you will get error message, otherwise it is not a must.

the transaction for generateing the pay roll is PC00_MXX_CALC here XX is country Grouping

No, without running PT60 TE you cannot Run the Pay Roll Transaction as first the time data should get updated based on that info the employee is being paid

in case if you are haveing Time Evaluation
