non-existing function modules for CSV/text conversion in SRM

Hello,

I'm trying to do some Z development in SRM 7.0...

Particulaty, in ABAP after calling function module 'GUI_UPLOAD' I'd like to clear & prepare the data by using 'TEXT_CONVERT_CSV_TO_SAP' which does not exist...

Any tips on how to proceed without manual coding of functionality that exists in classic SAP ERP?

P.S.

Above mentioned FM uses 'type-pool: TRUXS.' Which doesn't exist in SRM either
