Problem in: test case status maintenance and error messages?

Hi everybody!

Iu2019m working in SAP implementation project as test coordinator and I have not at all experience about using Solution manager in testing and in test management before this project, neither anyone else in this project at the moment. So I really hope that somebody could share the answer with me..

Iu2019m familiar with workflow and procedures in test management in SolMan. But Iu2019m facing a problem while performing the test cases:

Every time, when the tester is reporting the test results in u2018status maintenanceu2019 window (in stwb_work transaction) on u2018messageu2019 tab, he/she faces an issue when trying to create message; nothing happens so tester cannot create description of error and ticket is not created.

Error message, while trying to save u201Cerror, retest requiredu201D -status, is:(maybe this could help somebody to solve this problem)

What could cause this? And how this could be fixed?

Hi All,

My rerquirement is to update the testcase status in stwb_2 using excel .

The excel contains the test plan, package ,test case name and status.

Can i know how can this be done.
