Outband delivery

Hi gurus,

Sap allows me to post good issue when the quantity in the outband delivery is 0.

There is any customizing to not allow post the outband delivery when quantity position is 0?

My suggestion would be not allow delivery item to be created with 0 quantity for outbound delivery. There is a configuration on delivery item category under Quantity. This way, you don't have to worry about PGI with 0 quantity.

Define Item Categories for Deliveries

maintain the below fields for your item category

Check quantity 0 B Situation rejected with an error message AvailCkOff blank

Check in your Delivery Item category settings (Zero 0VLP) under Quantity section , I belive it is blank now, So change it to B , so that It gives you error at the time creating/changing delivery.

Hi,

In (zero)0VLP check the Mat no. 0 allwed for your delivery item category..and check qty 0 to B or C
