Collective UD QA16 Settings

I am trying to set up colective UD with transaction QA16 without success so far:

I can pass the QA16 selection screen and see my inspection lots awaiting UD

The material master has inspection type 04 with

-auto ud turned on,

-inspection task list turned off,

-inspection characteristics turn off,

-no QM material auth. has been entered so that electronic signature does not stop the ud in batch

When I clicked [UD foreground] or [UD background], nothing happens at all...

Any help is welcome. Thx in advance.

Hi,

We can generate a list of inspection lots and make collective UD for which

1. Characteristic processing is completed.

2. No usage decision has been made.

3. No characteristics have been rejected.

4. No defects have been recorded.

Hi,

Please check the following for inspection lots before running QA16:

- The inspection characteritics(if any) should be accepted and closed.

- No defects recording for the inspection.

then try for running QA16.

Did you highlight the lines, (lots) you want to process? You must first highlight each lot you wish to have processed. There is a select all button on the menu bar.
