Communicating Beauty tips via SMS

Hello ,

We had a requirement to send beauty tips via SMS to enrolled customer .

Customers comes from the different channel and enrolled for the beauty tips based on the category customer intrested .

is there any provision available where in it is poosible to track weather this particular tip has been send to customer or not .

Also there should not be any repetition i.e same customer shouldn't receive the same SMS again and again.

Hi,

i propose to use marketing attributes on customer level for this requirement.

you can check in your coding if a attribute is set:

If no - send SMS and set it.

If yes - don´t send SMS because already sent.
