Table for PO Doc Type

Hi,

I need to know the table name where i can find the PO document types and the same assigned to which all roles?

BASIS person says that we can check that in a table. Do we have any such table.

Experts please help.

Hi,

Go to SE16 or SE16N and check the table EKKO with the field name BSART Purchasing Doc. Type.

you probably want

purch doc type key : EKKO~BSART or T161~BSART

purch doc type desc: T161~BATXT

Hi,

the document types to purchase orders are stored in the table T161 (BSART) - customizing!.

The authorization object which checks the authorization in ME21N to a PO document type is M_BEST_BSA (document type in PO, checked with activities 01 and 02). EKKO-BSART is checked here.

HI,

Roles assigned to a particular User can be checked through the Transaction PFCG.

Every Role will have some authorisation objects assigned to it and Authorisation Objects in turn contains Authorisation fields.

Restriction to a particular Transaction through the Role can be done by identifying the proper Authorisation Object.
