BAPI_SCEC_CREATE vs BBP_PD_SC_CREATE

Hi craks,

I need to create a shopping-card could u please tell me wich of the two BAPI is the most appropriate and why?

BAPI_SCEC_CREATE versus BBP_PD_SC_CREATE

Could u also advise me wich are the obligatory fields?

Hello,

When you create a shopping cart through the portal or while transferring an external requirement, SRM calls FM BBP_PD_SC_CREATE.

HI,

For creating Shopping cart, you don't need any BAPI's.

You can create a Shopping Cart directly from your EBP portal.

Please let me know the issue in detail.

Hi Sunil,

i havn't read your message until now, sorry.

I am working on a SRM-project with a java interface. So the Java is supposed to call a standard web service for creating shopping-card. But the standard web service is facing problems and is not delivered yet. So I am looking for a work around with functions module.
