Bin creation

HI Friends

My scenario is

MY warehouse is a open storage and the material is stored one above another in the entire warehouse. To remove any material the only possible way is to remove from the topone. There is no rack or shelf So i created as a single bin.

My question is

If i am placing three bundles one above another, how should i create this in a single bin? These three bundles how i can map in WM , In capacity or what ?

Also there is a Constraint " We should not allow more than 3 bundles" in this single bin

I am new to this WM.

hi,

i thing your question is related with putaway and stock removal strategy? and regarding creating a bin use a two coordinates bin.

Hi muthuraman,

3 bundles stored one above another. No shelf or rack. Removing any one bundle gives free space in the top only. How i can map this in Strategy ?

Bulk storage may the right choice for you.Do you have the SU management active ? Please exmplain your scenario in detail.Why do you define a single storage bin ?
