assigned prof. Licence: not entitled to open the form

Hi all,

we have a licence problem with a 8.8 (PL09) System.

there existing a user with professional, sdk and addon licence. When we try to open any BO form we get the message that the User is not entitled to open the form.

With manager login it works without error.

We created a new User and he has the same problem.

Can someone help me please?

Hi,

Only assign prof. Licence is not good enough, you have to assign this user proper Authorization unless this user is a super user.
