Dear All,
The requirement is that Budget value ( CJ30) should not exceed Cost plan ( CJ40).
How this can be achieved?

As an alternative us IMCCP3 tcode...which will just copy the plan value to Budget..by this way you can restrict user to assign more budget than plan value.
