Previous Numbering Series Navigation Lock

Dear All,

for the new financial Year we had Defined new Numbering Series and now some documents are created in New No. Series.

My Concern is when we Navigate the same doc it display one document of Old series than one document of New No. series, Can we Lock Old Numbering Series Document so that when we navigate those document are not displayed.

Hi,

Ther is no such locking provided in SAP B1.But you can do the workaround be setting the group in the document numbering fo the old series and restricting the user acees to that group through user authorization.
