How to block the profit centers in SAP CRM which are repliacted from R/3?

Hello All,

We create the profit centers in SAP R/3 which is updated in the table CEPC & field is PRCTR and the same is replicated into SAP CRM using Z-customizing adopter object , Z-function module and Z-table.Now my concern is how can i block the profit centers in SAP CRM ? Here in order we are using Z-customer fields tab where profit center is one of the mandatory field.We first create the quotation , order in CRM and the order replicates into R/3 and follows the next subsequent steps.Let me know if you need any additional information.

Why not consider revisiting the replication adapter and do the replication conditionally. When is it you want to block and when you don't want to block is the factor to be decided and program that in the adapter which is replicating the Profit Center to CRM.

Thanks for the response. My proble got solved long back by maintaing the text as OLD in the prefix of the profit center description.
