Auto Backflush

Dear Experts,

Is it possible to automatically backflush components (261) from Warehouse Managed Sloc in CO11N tcode? Materials are batch managed too.

Hello,

Yes, backflush can be done for ware house managed materials provided you do the configuration setup such that whenever the material document is posted during backflush, automatic tranfer order is created (from transfer requirement) in WM and to be confirmed automatically.

Dear ,

It is very well possible based on the following set up :

1.MM02-MRP2 view please maintain the WM amanaged Storage Loaction and Keep 1-Always Back Flash indicator in Back Falsh Filed

2.CR02-Work Centre -Basic Data View -Please mark the Back Falsh Indicator .Each material component is allocated to an operation under work centre in the production order. If a material component is backflushed, the system automatically posts the withdrawal when the operation is confirmed .This is frist priorit rather than Materil master set up.

Yes it is possible. Keep the storage location in the MRP2 view of the material master and also check the backflush indicator.

In CO11N screen, if you click on the goods movement tab, you should see the components along with the quantities subjected to backflush.
