Hi ,
In the Account Identification, if the search is done via the Installed Based or the Installed Based is entered manually after the Account identification is done will the Interaction record have the link to the Installed Base (Component/Product ID) ?
The goal is that we retrieve the Interaction record and we know for which Installed Base the customer/contact did call about .
(Note. We did not yet load the Installed Base in CRM, so we cannot test that out)

Yes indeed, the IObject (Individual Object) or IBase (Installed base) is added to the Activity Clipboard of the Interaction Record along with the confirmed account and/or contact person. Later if you access the Ihistoric nteraction Record, you can see which registered product (IBase/IObject) the customer was contacting you in reference to.
