How do I make hyperlinks active in exported reports ?

I am using CRXIr2 and Crystal Reports Server XI.

When I export a report that contains hyperlinks from CRS to PDF format, the hyperlinks are no longer active in the PDF.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide

The Hyperlinks in the PDF point to other PDF files on our file server. The path is stored in a field in our database. The report is bookmarked so the user can jump to the correct group quickly and select the hyperlink for the PDF file they want to view. There must be a way to make this work, because my predecessor here at my job was able to do it, but I'm not exactly sure how. Thanks for anything you can offer.

any solution?

my just link to a simple website ... like https://www.chase.com

i want people click on "CHASE" in my exported PDF report, then the link will go to https://www.chase.com

Why it cannot be done, it is just a common sense feature.

Are these hyperlinks to a file or web based URL?

If the hyperlinks are pointing to a file then what you are experiencing is by design as there is no cross-platform representation of file hyperlinks in PDF format.
