Personal Number Search in TRIP Transaction

Guys,

I created TVM roles for Travel assistance, approving manager, & Travel admin. Alll of these roles have the follwoing auth objects that I maintain, but I gave * in Authorization level for ( P_PERNR ) auth object along with these infotype ( 0000, 0001, 0002, 0003, 0006, 0009, 0017, 0027) for travel admin role because they want me to assign full access in Travel admin role and search any personal Number in Trip, PA20 and PA30 are working successfully for Travel Admin role.

But for Travel Assistance & approving manager roles I have *R" (Read) access in Authorization level for (P_PERNR ) auth object along with these infotype ( 0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, 0009, 0017, 0027, 0105) and the search for any personal number is not working at all.it says "no entries" I know there are so many personal number existed in the system wiht their employee ID.

I also insert the PER in the user Parameter for to appers by defauls.

Please advise

Hi,

In the P_Pernr object for field, AUTHC add M as well. Refer the below link for more detals.
