Adding fields to PSIC_NAMES ..

I tried doing an enhancement to PSIC_NAMES but it's not possible ..

Is there another way for adding fields to PSIC_NAMES ? ..

Indeed, we are using CRM 7.0. But what is AET?

AET is Application Enhancement Tool. It enables you to create customer fields, define dropdown listboxes and other features. You can find further information here:

What version of CRM you are using? If 7.0 you can try to use AET.
