Hi Deepika,

Is system taking long time to retrieve the report or..its throwing some error?

If system is taking to long..try refreshing cache or even restart of system may help.

And if it's an erro, please post application log

No specific errors

just log shows "queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default' has been busy for "678" seconds working on the request "Http Request: /fsb/doc/query/query_test,q::-2147481044", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds.>

####<Apr 7, 2010 9:18:33 AM EDT> <Info> <WebLogicServer> <MD1AS172> <myserver> <ExecuteThread: '20' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default'> <<WLS Kernel>> <> <BEA-000339> <ExecuteThread: '20' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default' has become "unstuck".> "

Will restart works out
