Adobe form in firefox in modal window: SP19 OK, SP21 problem

Hi,

I have interactive form displayed in modal window in my WDA application. We were on SP19 and forms works correctly in firefox and IE, but no search helps in IE 8. So we implemented SP21(to repair search helps) and now adobe forms are not showing in firefox (only modal window is shown, but without adobe reader, which is in process explorer in windows). In IE 8 everything is OK.

If I click by right mouse button on free area in modal window, adobe reader shows for moment (0,5sec)....

What is the problem?

They aren't showing in Firefox at all or they aren't showing in Firefox in Modal Windows? Active Controls (Gantt, Network, OfficeControl, InteractiveForm, FlashIslands, etc) are not supported in popups (note 1098009).

Only in popups, in SP19 forms were displayed in popups in firefox and IE, in SP21 only in IE. I know about this note, but in SP19 everything was working OK, so I think on SP21 should this popup functionality remain :). Or what is the reason to remove this functionality for firefox in SP21?

Regardless of the SP level active UI elements are not supported in popups. I think perhaps you were just lucky to have it working in SP19 - that was not intentional functionality.

this is very bad information. We have been using this functionality for year and totally without any problem...in IE is still working without any problem.
