Client Base Groupware integration withy lotus notes

Hi all,

I want to Integrate CRM with IBM Lotus Notes through Client base Groupware integration.

Can anybody suggest me how to do it.

How will it be different from MS outlook integration.

Is there any Extra setting requir in compair with MS outlook integration.

Hi,

first download and install the setup.exe in the required version.

The version we use is the one from note 1431971.

In customizing maintain the client profile for Groupware integration.
