E-Recruiting - Assigning Search Template Groups to Search Applications

Former Member

Hi Experts,

We are implementing SAP E-recruiting Ehp4.

I am not able to see any candidates during Candiate Search. I could find that this was because of assigning erc_cdcy to the CompID of Calling Ctrlr : trmcandsrch. When I assigned Business Object : erc_cand to this compid of calling ctrlr, I was not able to see the list of Candidacies assigned to the requisitions.

So I found that I might be missing some configuration.

Can some one suggest the list of Compid of calling ctrlr and the business Objects to be maiintained in the system.

Thanks in advance,

Shashidhar Kumble

Hi Nicole,

Many thanks for your reply.

I carried out same settings as metioned by you. I am able to see the Candidates in the talent pool via Candidate Search. But I am not able to see the Candidate names in the Requisition assignment page. I am able to see all other details in the assgnment page for that candidate.

Can you please let me know if I am missing any other settings? And also can i request you to send me the complete settings of this table, such as Group, Lower Level Controller Class, CompID lower lever controller etc. That would be very much helpful.

The issue is with candidates appearing either in Candidate Search page or in Assignment of requisition page but not in both.

Thanks again,

Hi,

If you don't see the names then you are missing following entry in the search profile:

CANDIDATE_ADDITIONAL_DATA ADVANCED_CAND_NAME F

in V_T77RCF_SPT_AF.

Hi Nicole,

Many thanks for your inputs.

This resolved our issue. Now am able to see the candidates and assignments to requisition as well.

I am afraid how come the SAP standard entries did not have this.

Thanks again,

Hi Shashidhar,

Are you implementing e-rec with the portal using web dynpro?

I have problems with cdcysrch and am curious if you have similar problems? It seems as though search function cdcysrch is unavailable. Let me know.

Thanks

Hi Shashi,

Are you implementing with BSP or Web Dynpro technology?

From the Portal, in the Recruiter iView, when you click on Candidate Search, do you see the additional criteria "Questionnaires for Assignment"? Or do you only see "Questionnaires for Candidates"?

Thanks

Shane
