Hi Experts,
I am facing an issue at my client site that all the Sales order Documents (Zdocuments) are showing Status as "Being Processed" even if they are fully delivered. what setting needs to be done?
Kindly suggest.
Thanks & Regards

Hi
Kindly check the below
1. Any completion rule is maintained for the item category in the t code VOV7
2.Check the any open quantity in the sales order if it is there then close the line item by puttiung reason for rejection .
3.if it is showing incorrect status check the program SDVBUK00 and run the same to update the status

Sale Order status will always be "Being Processed" even if you generated invoice for the entire quantity.

Hi Girish,
Please go to T-code VA02 --> Open your order --> Click at "Enviroment" --> Click at "Status Overview"
Please open the tree and see which activity is not yet completed.
Hope it helps,
