history of edit travel date

Hi,

does anyone know how to show report on change of travel date for travel request and expense?

here is the case, if employee create travel request to travel from 20.04.2010 to 23.04.2010 then he want to make travel expense based on that travel request. but, in fact he was travel to 27.04.2010.

is it just simply change the end of trip date? on travel expense?

if it is so, then how do we know that the date was changed?

Hi,

If you are changing the end date from 23.4.2010 to 27.4.2010, then it has to be changed in travel request and the same will be reflecting in travel expense.

If you want to see the log of the change date, then you have to go to tcode SWI1 to see the complete detail when the travel request was created, changed or completed.

Hi,

if you use TRIP to enter 1 set of travel dates, and in PR05 (enter expenses and settlement) change those dates on exact dates of trip- changes can be visible under PR05-> Environment menu-> Planning manager. There you have date and time from request (TRIP).
