Cannot insert new Financial Report Templates in SAP B1 2005b

Dear all

i have encountered the following message:

" This entry already exists in the following tables 'Financial Report Templates' (OFRT)(ODBC-2035) [Message 131-183]"

does anyone has face this problem before and what is the solution for this?

I guess you should remove the existing financial templates and then try...........

But first take the back up......

Hi,

The issue seems to be database corruption and needs to be investigated. Please create a incident in the service market place which would be handled by SAP Support for further investigation.

This error message appeared when i create for new financial template, is that possible due to database corrupted?

Hi,

Create a backup of the database and restore in the TEST enviorment.

Check whether you can add any Financial Report Template in the system. If the same steps lets you add the financial template in the Demo database and not in the Copy of the database in Test, then it seems to be database corruption.

You will find similar threads in the forum as well.

PS : Please do not use the Restore functionality without Support Approval. It can cause further inconsistency.
