Hi Sunder,

Please check the URL for system information and check the port for your server:-

http://<host>:<port>/sap/monitoring/SystemInfo

http://<host>:<port>/sap/monitoring/ComponentInfo

Before accessing above URL, Please update the host file entry in your desktop. Server IP address and host name in host file entry at (Start > RUN > drivers > etc > host file)

If it is not working, then try to check in SDM or JSPM

Hope it helps

Regards

Arun

Hi Sundar,

Please check the Java version in your server system. it might be the issue with database spece in your server system for not able to access above URL's

You can find details for Java Stack information in the SDM/JSPM Deployed component.

OR refer to this thread

Hope it helps

Hi,

Your user ID does not have the required authorziation, Either ssk your basis team to give you the authorization or ask them to login with PISUPER .

I used this URL on two servers: http://<HostName_FQDN>:<PORT>/monitoring/SystemInfo

One showed me authentication error as i dont have admin access to it while the other showed me the details.

Abhishek.

Ask your BASIS team to assign the role similar to J2EE_ADMIN role to access the link.

I used J2ee_admin user and PISUPER but both are not working

There is no authorization issue for that.

I have given the full qualified host name also...

but it didn't come....
