Dear Folks,
We have standalone CRM server. In some of the transaction no. getting error as "Document is being distributed - changes are not possible". I processed all bdocs in SMW01 but still only in some of the transaction problem remains the same and unable to do any changes in it.
Please suggest.

Since you're using a stand-alone CRM and you don't need the bdoc's, you can always de-activate them.
If so, you can de-activate it in t-code SMW3_00, by inserting the following info:
Short Name: BUS_TRANS_MSG
Use XML: Do not store BDoc Message in XML Format
Do not send - Checked
To correct current documents blocked by that error, I think report CRM_CHECK_DISTRIBUTION_STATUS may help you. It will unlock your document.
