Accrual in RE-FX

Hi All

I think I do an error in my customizing.

I have a lease out contract I don't execute periodic posting.

When I execute accruals the system propose the planned condition.

I need only to made accrual only base on actual condition.

Hi Sarah,

accruals are also calculated on cash flow items that are not posted yet. Accruals is used to assign the part of the costs or revenues to the right period depending on the calculation period of the cash flow item.

There are two alternative types of accrual/deferral logic available in RE-FX. Please refer to the SAP note 1062550 that explains it in detail. For further information about accruals in RE-FX and the necessary settings please refer to SAP note 829676.

SAP note 633924 describes where to find a detailed documentation for the Accrual Engine that is used for accruals in RE-FX.
