Same workbook - different results

Hi

Two users are executing the same workbook, from the same role. They are entering the same selection criteria but receive different results.

When I execute the workbook or the query natively - I get the same result as one of the users.

Any ideas why the other user gets a different result and how I could fix it?

Note: This problem occurred yesterday and today so I would not expect it to be related to cache or cahced results.

We are on the latest patches.

As you said there is no cache proble so Check if they have personlized the selection screens,

Hi

I looked at the user's filters and selection - it is the same as mine and the other user's.

Would there still be a need to check the personalisation - having confirmed that the filters and selections are is the same when the two users execute their workbooks?
