Quality notification

Hi Experts,

I wish to trigger mail to the concerned for whom the tasks are assigned in the notification which is created through Quality Inspection lot TCODE: QA32 or QE51. It is triggered as when created directly in TCODE: QM01. But it is not triggered IN tcodes: QA32 & QE51.

Can anybody guide me.

There must be configuration which will be set up when you takes usage decision.Please check.

Mail can only be created during QN creation using QM01.
