Cannot Logon by languages ZF, ZH, KO, TH, etc...

Hi,

We have SAP system which has several languages, Chinese, Korean, Thai, etc.

Via TCD:SMLT, I can see the languages are installed with no problem.

However I cannot logon the system by (e.g.) ZH with the following message:

"Language environment cannot be configured for language ..."

Any solution for this?

I need your kind help.

Thank you. YS

Hi,

Pls check whether paramter zcsa/installed_language is set in instance profile or not.

Without this profile , you will not be able to login to the system with language other than Dutch and english.

If parameter does'nt exits then pls set the below parameter in instance profile.

In your case you have set the below parameter

zcsa/installed_language = DEM123

Thanks

Hi, Sourabh, Anil

Thank you for your kindness.

I've checked zcsa/installed_languages is set as "1MEJ32".

This might be correct from the perspective of Anil's reply and SAPNote 42305...

Is there any other way to find the clues?

Thank you. YS
