Error While Executing RSPLAN

Hi All,

I am using INTERNET EXPLORER8.When i am using transaction RSPLAN and clicking on Start Modeler.I am geting error as

Sorry, your browser/program is not supported by Web Dynpro!

Can anyone please tell me what are settings i need to do and any patches to install.
