Can you reduce the number of decimal places from 4 to 2?
It is not possible to reduce the decimal places if you have done the transaction in system.

Even if you are in 2005 version, you should not reduce the decimal places. It will cause more headache. 2007 version takes out this option is for a good reason.

Reduce decimal places facility was there in 2005 B, but unfortunityly its not there in 2007 B, So you cant reduce the decimal places but you can increase.........

If you are working in 2007 version, you are unable to reduce the number of decimal places once transactions have been posted. If no postings have occurred, go to Administration>General Settings and make the changes there
