JavaScript Get Info Field Item Value within WAD Script Function

Hi all,

I have created a script item and assigned this to a button in order to create a dynamic URL popup. If we assume the Info Field Item Web Item name is INFO_FIELD_ITEM_1, can someone please help me with the javascript to assign the value of this item?

I assume it will be something like: var itemval = document.getElementsByName(INFO_FIELD_ITEM_1);
