cFolders - WebDAV access

Hi All,

I was trying to access cFolders via WebDAV .. I did the foll settings:-

- Created external alias in SICF

- Added the URL in IMG activity cFolders-> Settings for WebDAV Interface"

- Logged into cfolders, entered one collaboration, and clicked Addtional Options->WebDAV URL

Now when i copy the URL in Internet Explorer and selected "open as webfolders", its throwing error that "Internet Explorer cannot open this "

I tried with Windows XP and in Windows 7 tried adding the URL with "Map Network drive".. But no result.

Am i missing some steps?..

Regards,

Aby

Hi Abby,

I had to download and install the Netweaver Portal Drive client in order to get this working. I am not sure if it is possible to directly map the network drive from Windows.

Cheers,

Resolved.. I had given wrong syntax in the URL

Correct Syntax is <Protocol>://<Server>:<Port>/<External alias settings>

Example http://xxyyzz:8000/cFolder

Now I can see the folders thorugh WebDAV.. I am using Windows 7, given the url in "Map Network drive"

Regards,

Aby
