Hi All,
This is regards with TLB issue.
We have a transportation lane for which system is not generating TLB order number for certain materials.
I have checked the material data relevant with respect to both the locations but it is normal.
No error captured in CIF/CCR.
Also checked the transporation lane that too is correct .
So what could be the error for not generating the TLB order number.
Please guide.
Hi Amol,
Check the R/3 relevant customisation settings like distribution
definition because once we run TLB, the order number
will be assigned in R/3 and gets updated in APO
Also check inbound and outbound queues

Hi Senthil,
Thanks for your reply.
I want to give some more inputs regarding the issue.
We created the faulty TLB order. And checked CIF log in both R3 & APO system but we didnt got any CIF log in either smq1 & smq2.
One more thing which i have observed is that source location is not included in Planned order & Purchase requisition variant in CFM1.
So is it the reason of error ? if yes then in which integration model we should add the source location?
Plz reply.
Hi Amol,
1) Source location not entered in integration model cannot be
your issue
2) Can you more elaborate on how you identify that
you created the faulty TLB order.
3) Also check in customisation in R/3 under the below menu
path
spro > materials management > purchasing > purchase
order > set up stock transport order
4) I also suggest you to put some breakpoints using
abapper and note the area where the queue is getting
struck and accordingly you can take corrective actions

Hi ,
We have checked the source locations & target ocations are in integration models.
New findings on the issue,
1) For target location in location master there in ATP view the Cusomer number was missing so the same as been maintained.
2) The target location entry is not present in Distribution function in APO SPRO seeting-
3) In R3 for stoock transport orders category type NB has been defined .( is it UB is mandatory?)
so request you to please provide the inputs.
Hi Amol ,
Please check the customizing setting for TLB under Transfer of SNP orders to OLTP system .
Menu path is : (TCpde:SPRO) APO>Supply Chain Planning>Supply Network Planning (SNP)>Basic Settings>Configure Transfer to OLTP Systems.
Hope this helps to you...
