Hi,

Have you referred these following SAP Notes ? All the required Environmental Variables related to Oracle are well described there.

[SAP Note 602843 - Environment settings for R/3/Oracle on UNIX|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/602843]

[SAP Note 830578 - Oracle database 10g: Unix environment variable|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/830578]

Hi,

During installation of Oracle it will ask you at which path you want to install it, Oracle will automatically set that defined path as your Oracle_Home(ORA_HOME) in system varibales.

I hope you are installing Oracle 10g version.

Thanks

Environmentals are set in the following :

Users :

.csh

But if you are installing a new Oracle the DB installer via your value inputs will do this for you.

SAPinst will pick up the ORACLE_HOME
