convert service request to SC

Hi Experts,

currently we are using SRM 5.0

we have a 3rd party consulting process that needs to be implemented in SRM.our organisation will recruit people from different consultancy for a specific time line to perform services and once the contract is expired we may renew it or we can cancel before the actual term period.

we have implemented the process in SRM but it is not meeting the requirement as we required

1) create a service request in SRM

2) this request will be approved by the manager and system creates a follow on document (RFX)

3) RFX is converted in to bid and bidding process will be completed.

4) system creates a PO.

but we have a requirement that system has to create a SC again with 2 level workflow and after approval it has to create follow on documents means PO.Is there any possibility where we can implement this thrugh badi.if so kindly share your opinions.

From what you describe here, it looks like you would need:

1. Configure sourcing not to be carried out through SPRO SRM server -> Sourcing -> Define sourcing for product category

2. Depending on your technical scenario, classic or extended classic, implement BAdI BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW, or BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI for data mapping accordingly.
