Tax Pricing Procedure

Hi,

For Taxation SAP has provided two Tax Procedure. TAXINJ(Formula Based) and TAXINN(Condition Based).

1. At the time of implementation what should be the process or guidline whether to use TAXINJ or TAXINN ?

2. Is it depends upon the client requirement? If yes then how to map which procedure?

3. As per my knowledge we do not maintain Tax condition types(MWST or UTXJ) in TAx procedure. We only maintain this in SD PP. Please Correct me if i am wrong.

4.How to decide which condition type (MWST or UTXJ) we will use in SD Pricing Procedure.

( Scenario: Finished product is not exciseable)

Regards

Hi,

1. Normally at the time of implementation Taxinn tax procedure is used.

TAXINN is easy as compared to Taxinj

2. It not depend on client requirement. We have to make the procedure as per client requirement.which is possible in both the tax procedure.

3. Yes you have to maintined in SD PP

4. You can use MWST in PP

The senario which you mentioned as non exciseable then in that case it is very easy to maintained the PP.

Thanks & Regards,
