experience with Solution Manager SP22 ???

Dear all,

Has anybody made (positive or negative) experience with Solution Manager EhP1 SP22 and is willing to share?

I am interested in all aspects: update procedure itself, bugs and notes to be applied, stability, usability, ...

Hi Peter,

we do use SPS 22 for service desk, change request management and system monitoring.

We did not any critical problems with that. Just some general notes have to be checked and implemented.

SPS 22 like other sp >= 18 has it's own composite note listed in SPRO... but if you use RCA you need workaround for SMD agent... cd to SMDAgent directory and enter "ln -s /usr" on unix smd agents because RCA sp 22 drops leading / from PATH /usr/sap/SID even from existing SMD agents. Without fix RCA fails to find the profile files it is unterested in...
